Hogmanay Says “Gonnae No Dae That, Bob?”

If the police strt getting really really worried when 300,000 people attended the Hogmanay celebrations in Edinburgh, why does Bob Gedolf think that Edinburgh can hold 1,000,000 people, marching, with banners and big sticks?
