Vipers For Now, Picking Up CGI Girls Next Week
Sometimes it’s fascinating to watch an artist at work, and if you’re the sort of person that likes CGI then the last week should have seen you over at Darth Mojo’s blog.
He’s a cgi artist who works on the new Battlestar Galactica series, and last week he posted the image below with a simple question – which is the CGI picture, and which is a screen grab from the 1970’s original series?
This week, he’s posted not only the answer, but a full explanation on taking a clean and almost clinical CGI model, to something that’s bashed, dirty and looks like what people expect to see – a physical model from the 70’s.
