Ballmer’s not quite "Developers Developers Developers" tells me quite a bit
You tell me if I lack energy or conviction, or we’re not driving all the change we need to drive. In triage, you don’t look for the loudest patient, you look for the one in most need, even if they are the quiet mouse in the corner. I’ve no doubt that Ballmer’s Microsoft has energy and conviction, but is it being applied properly?
