Looking back on the second Edinburgh Twestival
With a final total of over £2625, there’s no doubt that the Edinburgh Twestival can be classed as a success. For a difficult second gig, following up the first Twestivals held in February was always going to be a tough challenge, but the team behind last Thursday’s event managed it with apparent ease. I say ease because I know from seeing the work that went on behind the scenes (and from organising similar events myself in a past life) that it’s not easy, and you always have the worry that you’ll fall flat on your face and not make anything
